Saturday evening I met up with René and Patrtick at the south end of Greenlake and had Rachelle come along to assist our shoot. We hung around there for a little bit playing on the docks, and then headed to the Ballard Shipyard. René and Patrick met while working in Alaska, and we actually found a ship, “Aleutian Lady,” that René had worked on up there!! It was so cool, so we had to get these ships in their photo shoot! These two bring such a huge smile to my face! They are so joyful and fun to be around with, and it’s been a really great past few weeks getting to know them! :) We are also all new to Seattle, so we are so thankful and blessed to live in such a beautiful city.

Stephanie G - OH MY GOODNESS!! Karen K. Wang, more like Karen K-Mazing…. whoa, these are fanTAStic! Okay… my favorites are – the pictures on the dock with the water overflowing over it (it just looks unreal), all the pictures of René laughing (looks soo genuine – you captured them looking so in love) and the one of both of them in that little dinghy — such a cute analogy and harkening back to them meeting on the ship. Also I love how her colorful sweater and brings out colors in the various backgrounds. SOoo creative and BEAUTiful!!! Ahhh!
