Ohhhh this is such a fun and exciting post! Ya’ll, meet Ruth; she’s a super talented harpist, teacher and designer. I had the great honor of taking some pictures of Ruth and her amazingly giant and beautiful harp. :) I met up with Ruth in Kirkland at her studio where she was just finishing up a lesson. As soon as she sat down and plucked some strings…….I almost passed out, haha. It was sooooo beautiful!! Wow…just NOTHING like I’ve ever heard before! Maybe because I felt like I was getting my own private concert or something. :) So cool, as she has been playing for many years now. Her harp is beautifully handcrafted and has soooo much great detail–I took a ton of photos! After that, we moved to the Pavilion of Olympic Sculpture Park to finish up photos there. Unexpectedly, we found they were hosting some type of kid party event thing there! So, we took some quick photos around the building with a ton of kids running around all over the place. Super fun though! Thank you Ruth for sharing your music with me! I had so much fun hanging out, and I want to come see you play very soon!!
