I visited the Smith Tower located in Pioneer Square once again for a portrait session with Hale Law, as they were needing new photos for their newcomers. But this time, I to got take some pictures inside the building. It is so elegant inside with many great details all over. The Smith Tower is the oldest skyscraper in Seattle and was once the tallest building west of the Mississippi River in 1931. I came across the same man named Hamilton who was operating the elevator who has been working there for 11 years. He was full of joy and was so modest in front of the camera. Hopefully one of these days I’ll actually get to go up the observation deck to view the city from the building.
