Week 14 | Autumn

Alright, so we all know and love Miss Autumn with her bright, bright red hair and giggly-self!  This lady just always brighten my days, every time I see her.  She is just so loving and welcoming to pretty much anyone that comes her way.  Autumn is also an amazingly talented hair-stylist, and she works at a salon literally two blocks from my house on Capitol Hill!  I love being able to just drop by whenever in passing, just so we can give each other a hug!  She was also the first to give me Asian bangs, and ever since, it’s been amazing, haha.  She has this incredible gift with making people feel really special and beautiful, and it’s one of the greatest rewards of our jobs–we relate so much with this, so it’s super cool.  I actually met Autumn in her own season in the fall of 2009 when we were on the same service team, but would just see her during transition times.  Then that spring was when we finally got to hang out more and got to know each other a lot better.  She is such a GREAT joy to see, and I can pretty much talk to her about anything.  Autumn also thinks I’m really funny too, in which at times, I still cannot see why–but it makes me laugh as well and I think she is pretty hilarious too!!  She is such a beautiful, passionate, Jesus-loving lady, and I could not be any more stoked to have her in my life!  So stoked that we are even going to get to live together in a house with some girls in about 2 months!!!  She even started my editing dates with me, and it has just brought us even closer  :D  For her shoot, we went down Lake Washing Blvd. because I’ve been wanting to do her underneath the weeping willows for a long time, and we finally got to!!!  Then I had absolutely just HAD to take her to the UW quad during the blossoms to have her in such a beautiful, whimsical background!  Everything about this shoot just depicts Autumn SO well with all the colors, hair, shoes, smile, laughs, flowers, and umbrella.   You are so beautiful Autumn-Anne, as always, and have been super encouraging to me this past year, and I am so excited that we are friends and cannot wait for our friendship to grow even further.  :D
