Week 37 | Ali

Wow!!  Ali and I go wayyy back…I met her the summer right when I moved here, and she thought my real name was Poquito Taquito.  ;)   Haha, if you knew me during the Poquito days….then I feel like we definitely go way back.  I met her through a mutual friend and discovered many more mutual friends later on, and we immediately bonded photos and such things.  The first time we met, Ali came over to my Greenlake house to pick up some cameras I let her borrow, haha.  She was just the sweetest thing and just wanted to know more about me, my move here and my passions.  We would go on fun little adventures around Seattle because everything was so new and exciting to me all the time.  I loved being around her–Ali has this huuuuuge heart for people and is that person you feel super comfortable to be around.  She is just great.  :)  We don’t often get to see each other, so our fun dates around town are always so memorable.  I also love catching up every time I see her.  This time, we had a LOT of catching up to do…a ton has happened in both of our lives in the last 2 years, and I am so glad that we are able to share that with each other.  She has always been so supportive in my photography as well–it’s super encouraging that you take the time out day to always share your thoughts on my blog.  It’s also really cool that she’s been there since the beginning–Ali, you are such a special friend to me, and I am so stoked to know you for this long, and it’s always so great that we can always pick up right where we left off.  :)  We took her pictures around South Lake Union, and I feel like this is the first of many fall shoots to come!!  It was a little rainy and chilly and the leaves were already starting to fall.  What a fun day!!  Also, thank you for always persisting friendship with me as well–I love you!
