Week 46 | Danielle

Oh my goodness, Danielle is one of the sweetest and most precious ladies I have ever met!!  And I’m sure you can tell by these pictures.  :)  I have a pretty crazy story on how I know her.  So, I moved to Seattle in May of 2009; a week later, I went to this thing called Connect Night and was first greeted by this sweet gal.  At that time, I had NO clue on what those mid-weeks were even held for, but I just wanted to get connected somehow.  It’s also where I actually met some of my best friends now (him, her husband, and her).  I remember Danielle asking me about my move, and I had told her I had only been living there for a week and had no clue what I was doing in this city and knew no one, but she was so interested/shocked by my story hahah.  Then I didn’t see her for about 2 years until her and (now fiancé) Justin joined my service team!  And I don’t think I could have been any more stoked to her face again!!  We got pretty much catch up on EVERYTHING since pretty much that night we met.  God has done some crazy/amazing things since then, and it was so cool to be able to share that with her.  God is good and will always be good–no matter what.  So, Danielle recently got engaged, and I’m sooo excited for her and Justin!   These two are so great, and we’re already super comfortable around each other and like to laugh a lot.  Good thing I will most likely be shooting their wedding (hopefully)!!  Danielle, you are so precious and encouraging–you seem to always slow me down when I’m running 500 miles per hour, and you have this beautiful sense of peace and joy about you that I love.  :)  We took these photos around her house/neighborhood in Queen Anne, in which she has been living here for a few years now and finally will be moving out early next year after the wedding!  It was a very chilly morning with frost on all the leaves, but there were still lots of pretty fall colors around.  We got to explore the park by her house and see her favorite tree there–such a cool place on top of all the hills and leaves.  Thank you, Danielle, for being so great in front of the camera!  You were so fun and easy to shoot!  Your true spirit was totally captured.  :)
