Week 6 | Jess

This was such a fun trip to Bellingham, WA that I got to spend with Jess!  Bellingham is approximately 25 minutes from the Canadian border and is such a neat little town.  I’ve only met Jess a few times through a mutual friend when she was still living in Bellevue, but I immediately loved her!  We didn’t get to spend much time hanging out before she moved up to Bellingham, so James and I set out to Bham one weekend in January to visit his grandparents and hang out with Jess.  I’ve only been to Bham once, but I loved it already with not seeing very much, so I was so excited to finally spend a day there.  Jess and her roommates were kind enough to let me stay at their adorable house that weekend.  We had brunch over at Little Cheerful and went over to Larrabee State Park for some amazing cliff views.  I had such a great time getting to know Jess better and hear about what the Lord was teaching her in her life currently.  You have such a huge heart with many talents, and I truly believe even though sometimes we don’t know what is ahead of us, God has something incredible planned out for us, and it’s going to be amazing  :)  Thank you for laughing sooooo much with me and understanding my humor–I haven’t laughed that hard in so long.  I can’t wait to hang out with you more come this year.

  • dannyROD - Love the processing on the monochrome train track sequence!

  • Dahnya - What a beautiful park!

  • Stephanie G - Pictures and story are beautiful!!! I love it when you find another kindred spirit you connect with – even if you don’t have that much time to get acquainted, it’s always so special when the Lord gives you that type of friend. And she just glows in these picts – love the one in front of the blue-green water –gorgeous!

  • Mike - This project is having awesome results Wang! I like the way you’re capturing and using the sunlight in this set.

I love the last photo. This has to be the best Loving Life photo yet.
