This was probably one of the quickest shoots I have ever done in my life haha. Elizabeth is moving this weekend to Washington DC, so we went out on a limb very last minute to take her pictures before she left!! It was sooooooo cold (25 degrees), windy, and snowy that day, but we just had to do it. She braved the weather so well, so thank you for doing this :) We took these over at Golden Gardens…we had never been over here when it was snowing, so it was very interesting to say the least. I mean…who really goes to the beach when it snows? I’m so glad we were able to get some flakes in the photos as well! Okay, so I first met Elizabeth almost two years ago the summer I moved here through Stephanie. They both were in the same dance company, so I had met and hung out with her a few times over that summer. Then I actually discovered she was the sister of my good friend whom I had met several months later! SO crazy how small this city is…and we also both work(ed) for the man–of course, haha! I’ve gotten to know Elizabeth better this past year and especially in these last few months, and I’m going to miss her sooooooo much. She is such a beautiful, fun and talented lady, and I’m so excited for her big move to DC on her own. I know she’s going to love it on the east coast and also continue dancing because that is what she’s made to do!! The people in DC will be overjoyed with having her in this new city, and they are just going to love her! Best of luck, Elizabeth–we’ll miss you a ton but will visit for sure. Thank you for being part of my life, and I can’t wait to hear about your new move–I love all you Maloney’s!
